Your best man Toast?

May 29, 2010

you’re the best man, toast the newly weds.

Let us drink to the health of the bride,
Let us drink to the health of the groom,
Let us drink to the Parson who tied,
And to every guest in the room!

or

May those who enter the rosy paths of
matrimony never meet with thorns.

or

May you live as long as you like
and have all you like as long as you live.

  2. Heres a couple of ideas!

There are obviously two very important people here today, without whom very little of this would have been possible. And the great thing is that as the evening progresses, most of us will get to spend more and more time talking with them. So please join me in a very special toast – to the bar staff!

To the happy couple, may their happiness be complete, their marriage long and prosperous and every wedding speech they hear be funnier and shorter than mine.

started planning this speech six months ago, and you must feel like I have been delivering it equally as long, but now it gives me immense pleasure, not to mention relief, to invite you all to stand and raise your glasses in a toast to…

So now I come to my final wedding day duty which isn’t a duty really – it’s a real pleasure: on behalf of the bridesmaids and myself I sincerely wish you and your lovely wife,……….everlasting love and happiness!

Good Luck to you, no pressure now, just you the guests their family, the BRIDE and GROOM, and you making the speeches, hehe! Rather you than me!

    But have fun :o )
