My brother is having trouble writing the perfect best man speech for my other brothers wedding. Can you please give a sample or an outline of how it should be? Or also some ideas.

Try talking about when they first met or best memory if you watch "How I met your mother" Ted had the same problem watch that episode he finally he said something about Lily and Marshall that made people go awwwww……(cute awww)

I think he should talk as if he is writing a letter to his brother. Share some good memories, Thank him for being a good example, talk about the changes he noticed after this woman came into his life ( all good ones) and then thank the bride for taking good care of his brother and maybe joke about how as he got older his taste in women got better until he finally got it right. It should be just like he talks, not forced or contrived and it should come straight from his heart.

just speak from the heart about the times he and his dear friend had. It can be funny or serious. It can be thought of on the spot or written but it should be something that is taken seriously (even if it funny).
